So why, in Calif. does the courts count a new spouses $$$ of a divorced guys as income to determine a new level of child support payments? i GOT DIVORCED ON 1986, the kids lived with me 100% of the time and I still had to pay $3750.00 per month. The whole system is f****d up.BTW, the kids still live with me. They are 25 and 23.
The kids lived with you 100% of the time yet you still had to pay child support to your ex? I have never heard of that before! Your ex should have been paying you.
