IIRC Kosher wine could only be made by observant Jews.

What is amazing is that there are still other Midwest towns operating in this mode and will keep doing it until they are raided, because it is so profitable to hire illegals or indentured Somali’s than to hire free people. They would probably have to double their pay and offer benefits to get legal workers.
We need to arrest the owners as well. Why won’t the RICO laws work against them?
