Not really. She is behaving in a quite reasonable manner for someone who really doesn't get it.
It is very difficult for someone who has a happy little life to be anything but ignorant.

I suspect she won't be ignorant forever, and the higher above the rest of us she sets herself, the longer and harder will be the fall.
