I don't have a clue. I'd imagine the recoil is probably like getting punched in the face, though. And that really sucks.

I think I’ll stick with the .223s.
I agree that recoil really, really sucks. Maybe Heller hates recoil too, and that’s why he went with the little .22 revolver....
