Exactly. True marriage will always distinguish itself from all the impostors. But the impostors will, in their irrational jealousy, demand that new expression for their own, by force of law if necessary. Better to defend the original term with the last ounce of our blood - an increasingly conceivable proposition.

I like Giuliani’s “broken windows” analogy which he used to clean up New York. Now pro gay-marriage Rudy might be the wrong person to use as an example, but what he did concerning crime made sense. Letting the small stuff go just encourages the libs to make more mischief. But I don’t see homosexual marriage as inconsequential or petty. It represents a major detorioration and break down in our social structure. So every time some lets-all-live-together type rag scribbler says we shouldn’t be concerned, I get REAL concerned.
