"The fight against abortion is a new frontier in the Civil Rights Movement," states Dr. King. "We are not following Martin's dream if we do not stand up for the voiceless." Perfectly stated!

I will make it a point to join Dr. King and her group in prayer.
I suspect many of my friends on this ping list will do likewise.

Certainly Dr. Alveda King does not vote for Democrats??? And the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was voted in both Houses of Congress 80% by Republicans and just barely 50% by Democrats.
I simply do not understand how black Americans can vote for the Democratic Party given the party's absolutely horrid history and the party's continued policy of slavery through welfare.

Not to mention the group most disproportionately murdered in abortions are black babies.

Dr. Alveda King is a conservative (and I believe registered Republican), she endorsed Sam Brownback for the GOP nomination this year.

"Dr. Alveda King is a conservative (and I believe registered Republican), she endorsed Sam Brownback for the GOP nomination this year." Thanks for that info! That makes sense to me. I would imagine that this is not something that the liberal mainstream media would want people to know.

Dr. King is the ONLY member of the King family or King's advisers who has remained true to his legacy. She DOES NOT support what others are doing in his name and they have disavowed her.
Maybe next time you decide to slander someone you will get some FACTS.

MLK was pretty cool. He knew what he was doing. His family including his wife are a SHAME to his name.
