Certainly Dr. Alveda King does not vote for Democrats??? And the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was voted in both Houses of Congress 80% by Republicans and just barely 50% by Democrats.

I simply do not understand how black Americans can vote for the Democratic Party given the party's absolutely horrid history and the party's continued policy of slavery through welfare.

Dr. King is the ONLY member of the King family or King's advisers who has remained true to his legacy. She DOES NOT support what others are doing in his name and they have disavowed her.
