I don't know. Some of us “soccer moms” want somebody who can step into the presidency in the event something happens. Palin has only been governor for two years. What if something happens to McCain in the first month of his administration? Is Palin ready to take on the job, especially with the Russians’ saber ratting?

I'm not crazy about the idea either.

Ms. Palin needs to finish her term as Governor. I agree.

I wrote my name in for John McCain’s senate seat instead of voting for him in 2006. I plan to vote for him this year for POTUS...UNLESS he chooses a liberal, pro-abortion running mate.

If any Adviser of McCain is floating this out there it is very counterproductive because they know the MSM will play the prospects to the hilt just so they can create more controversy.

No doubt the polling data following his appearance at Saddleback was quite the eye opener for McC and his advisers.

Indeed. Just watching FR in the last few days since the Saddleback forum, McCain can pull this out....the Saddleback forum greatly impressed me..... If McCain doesn't dink it all up with a crappy VP choice.... I'm still leaning toward Palin...

I called the RNC today and said I am holding the letter asking for money for McCain campaign but I am only sending it in if McCain picks a prolife conservative - after I had listened to Rush say they were floating Lieberman’s name. The lady who answered said she would pass message along and took my name. Any one else?

I also called and spoke to a nice young woman. She said she would pass along the information.

Is the letter from John McCain 2008 or RNC Victory 2008?

No Lieberman, No Rice.

No Palin.

We need someone strong on leadership, strong on respect, strong on foreign policy!

None of them are the right candidate.

And... PS.. Lieberman is still a dem. FYI.

“Any one else?”

From the confab I had with the campaign volunteer, he understood where I was coming from on the VP pick and stated that I was by far NOT the only call that they had fielded this past week on the issue.

That domain name was purchased way back in January of this year, long before McCain even had the nomination. Don't read too much into it. Most likely it is cyber-squatters.

It’s easy to respect someone with principles that are heartfelt.

Clearly everyone can see that Obama has no core principles at all. Not a one on any topic. He’d sell out his grandmother.....oh wait, he already did.
