so the lawyers are practicing medicine now... prolly the same ones that will sue you cause you DIDN'T tell your patient he needed to quit dope, booze, smoking etc before he had a heart attack, lung cancer, liver disease. why am i NOT surprised???
Trust me, malpractice lawyers are a conniving and malicious (code for money hungry) bunch and have taken verbal remarks all the way to multimillion-dollar settlements. Call a patient “fat” or “whiney” or suggest (gads), they give up some vice (drinking, smoking … yes, even illegal drug usage) and you could kiss you practice goodbye. ;-)
