I wish this had happened later as Hillary's people will now try to take the nomination away from Obamanation.

Looks like Obamas inexperience is not selling to the non teleprompter crowd.

Will McCain snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory by nominating a lame Veep? That’s my fear.

No, I think it's good that buyer's remorse and anxiety will be the theme of the convention. Obama will be the nominee but will be weakened, not strengthened at Denver.

Obama’s worth was bid up far beyond his true value.

Obama has the stink of a loser.

The question is, what are the Democrat Superdelegates going to do about it? Are they going to ride this train wreck right off the rails, or are they going to switch tracks?

Do they have the guts to go with Hillary?

Denver is going to be fun to watch!

Hillary's people will now try to take the nomination away from Obamanation.

If they do this, there will be riots in the inner cities which could cause hundreds of dollars worth of damage.

“I wish this had happened later as Hillary’s people will now try to take the nomination away from Obamanation.”

Let that happen. The leftists will be so PO’ed, that Hillary won’t have a chance. No way.

Given that Zogby has a history of using “sauce” to skew the polls toward the RATS, I am willing to bet that this gap is even larger.

...not including any “Bradley Effect”. (Then again, this is Reuters, so it may be just as inaccurate as polls showing McCain 12 points behind. But at least Obambi’s people must have wet their panties when they woke up this morning and read this.)

I told people on Saturday night that there would be an 8 point swing after McCain totally thrashed Obama at Saddleback Church. The three point Obama lead has become a 5 point deficit.

Lower numbers pre-convention, bigger bounce post-convention.

REAl CLEAR politics Electoral College has FL, MO, IN, CO, VA and OH all in the undecided column. All of these states have McCAin leading at various margins. Still too close to call, but at what point are they “leaning” to McCAin. At what point are they in his column?

In short, McCAin’s lead is greater than it’s being reported.

Obama is depending on the notion that it is not acceptable to vote against him. He needs to depend on people’s discomfort over matters of race to convince them that they must vote for his “historic” candidacy. His only hope was to maintain this condition through the election, because once people have accepted the idea of voting against Barack Obama and for John McCain, the choice becomes about the merits of the candidates. Obama cannot win that fight.

The toothpaste is out of the tube. People realize that it is OK to vote against Barack Obama. There is no going back, for him. Barack Obama cannot win this election.

To: safetysign; All

I was listening to NPR the other day , and they were talking politics, and they stated that Michael Dukasis had a 16 point lead in the polls immediately after the Democratic Convention in 1988..and we all know how that turned out.

By the way 1988 was the year I became a Republican. :-) Go McCain

I remember back in ‘04 there came a time when people realized what it would really be like to have Kerry as a president, and stopped toying with the notion. Bush shot to over 50% in the polls.

He’ll pick Hillary anyway, he was cover. Think about it...

This bought her time off from the reams of info on her coming out, he’s a ghost.

You know Hillary; You know she had info on Obama... she barely brought out anything, and vice versa (with all the info out there, documented and in the press, on record).

The use of campaign folks in a incestuous way, a lot of the same donors (to corner all the funds), the press wouldn’t turn on them for this guy, only by permission.

The diss of Hillary by Obama, that would never stand... especially the Soviet show trial which was the Dem Rules committee (I can’t stand her, but that was disgusting, mind you with many communists ala Wexler in the mix), I can’t see that happening like that... seriously.

Soros, the media and a mighty big hand has been over this election on the right and left, the people have had nothing whatsoever to do with these elections.

I said from the beginning it would be those two, after Op Chaos and all the dem racism and claims of racism, I figured maybe Obama’s head got big and he wanted all the muslims, hence he sought to use and throwaway Hill, as is his habit for anyone that helped him.

Remember, he was part of the voter drive for Clinton in 92, and his wife started the Chicago Americorps with Clinton there way back.

Long, short. You have three choices. soft socialism, communism, facism. Some choices.

Oh btw, this guy was groomed, the other point was his scrubbing of the web China style (Google also a huge contributor), the wiping out of actual blogs, lawyers sending warnings to sites, youtube videos and accounts wiped out and the deleting, changing, re-dating, creating false documents and actual news columns (don’t worry, I capture everything, and you can always hit the blogs), it is unheard of that there’s no cache and you can’t find a lot of items via the wayback machine. That’s beyond Clinton. Chicago is a corrupt sewer re: politics, but this isn’t a conniving, puffed up Alinsky skill... this is a Russian skill (where do you think Clinton and China got the ideas). Our press is Pravda now...

Yeah right...This is just padding before the convention. The day after the convention it will be “Reuters/Zogby Poll: Obama feels eleventy-billion point bounce after convention!”
