If there is DIRECT evidense that can link the club and these guns to the fires, then I would guess they have a case.
If this is just a vendetta and there is no case, then the Gun Club should be able to sue and collect millions in damages for defamation of their name and reputation.
Call me skeptical, but I think this is nothing but a vendetta, that is why they filed the case in the first place.
As far as justice, California is epicenter for the 9th Circus Court of Appeals.
If it involves guns they want it banned.
