IR, sorry I spoiled it for you.
Thanks to the Admin Mod for fixing my mistake, I was so pumped after the game I forgot about those in other time zones, or recording it for later viewing.
Ooops!

I am happy for the US team. I hope that this win will enable the team to forget about its performance in the World Cup. It was not pretty. Losing to Brazil in the semifinals...Controversy over the goalkeeper selection...
US managed to win this time without Briana Scurry, Kristine Lilly, and Abby Wambach...
US was OK without Scurry as the goalkeeper...
Brazil team did a good job...In spite of the lack of support from Brazilian soccer federation...

I don't know, I love womens soccer ... then again I coach youth girls soccer. My best games are when we take on better high scoring teams and I can put a game plan together to keep them from scoring at all. Those are the games that are nailbiters. Lot of strategy involved from a coaches perspective. Besides, the scenery in college and at the olympic level is pretty nice at times: Heather Mitts - Team USA - Defender
