Great new Ad...
http://www.johnmccain.com/videolanding/theoneII.htm
“That ought to make it hot for ‘em.”
I think they shouldnt go to the well too often with this “the one” theme. Twice is plenty now.
But using Obama’s own words and “followers” against him is a good idea always.
He has provided a great deal. And I am very pleased to see McCain’s team using Obama’s own words, and I hope they continue to do so.
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA
Still laughing over this one.......
Ahahaha! McCain has found the mojo for the campaign. Funny and spot on.
Actually, this is even better than the first and they should continue with the thread as Obama goes through the convention.
A true brass balls ad would be to liken the Democratic Convention with a cult meeting. Kool-aid man come breaking through the wall yelling “Oh Yeah” when Barack is speaking.
A Worldwide Sensation...
Millions of Views...
Sparking the Flames of the Faithful...
And now. The One Returns to lead us on...
The Road to Denver
Obama: “This was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal.”
Moses: Behold his Mighty Hands
[Ob-a-ma, Ob-a-ma, Ob-a-ma chanting]
The Faithful are Ready to Gather...
One Mile High
...three nutcases opine on Obama
As Nancy Pelosi Proclaimed...
“A leader that GOD has blessed us with at this time”
Moses: So let it be written.
His Hand Guides the World
Tim Kaine...
“I’m very very happy that the Senator’s request for a ceasefire has been complied with by President M”
In Denver, you will see the light...
Obama: “A light will shine down... from somewhere...it will light upon you, you will experience an epiphany.. and you will say to yourself...I have to vote for Barack”
So let it be written...
so let it be done...
He may the One
but is he ready to lead?
No.
LOL! Humor is the best way to deflate the Pretentious One....
One was good, two risks overkill and reversing the effectiveness of number one, IMHO.
I love political ads I can actually laugh at!
“So let it be written; so let it be done!”
Hmm. I just quoted that myself, two days ago here
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/bloggers/2064229/posts?page=93#93
Makes you wonder if McCain staff actually come here and care what we freepers think! :)
I doubt it’s overkill. The overkill was used in this ad with the quotes.
All those were real.
The rest of it just plays right off the supporters’ insanity.
bump
I don’t think two such ads risk overkill. Parody ought to be spread on thick.
It’s hilarious, better than the first; and a keen sense of humor takes some of the ponderous years off McCain’s white-haired image.
I like the ad a lot, but agree this should be the last on this theme.
The most effective form of political attack is to ridicule your opponent so he is no longer taken seriously.
This ad is excellent because it brings into play the coming speech at Mile High Stadium where there may be as many as 70,000 people. This in turn invokes memories of his speech in Berlin which, it turns out was a total disaster for him.
That is freakin’ brutal!
Can’t see Obama winning West Virginia or Iowa once that hits the waves.
My office buddies are still laughing about this one
