Sen. Obama is not a naturalized U.S. citizen
From my understanding it’s “native born” not “naturalized” that’s mentioned in the Constitution. The Governator of California is a naturalized citizen but not native born therefore he’d be ineligible to become president ....

How has this man been harmed by Obama’s candidacy so far? I would say, he hasn't. The Dems can pick anyone they want. Only after they chose, and I guess after they are elected, would there be grounds for the Judicial branch to get involved.
He he has a problem at this stage, I think, he should go to the credentials committee of the Democratic Party.

Not at her age. She would have had to be a Citizen resident of the US for 5 years after her 16th birthday. She was 19 as I understand it when Barry was born.

I posted this before earlier in the month.
In the ABC August 4th Bill Clinton interview, Bill has a VERY peculiar quote:
In an interview that aired on ABCs World News Tonight Bill Clinton denied that he is angry at Barack Obama, but offered very little in terms of an endorsement and enthusiasm for the Democratic nominee.
Clinton denied that he is still angry, Im not, and I never was mad at Senator Obama. I think everybodys got a right to run for president if he qualifies under the Constitution...
IMHO, it just seems "strange" Bill would say "...IF HE QUALIFIES UNDER THE CONSTITUTION" when being questioned about his support for the Obamassiah.

Yep, and the court has no jurisdiction. The dems can run anyone they want. Now there may be qualifications to get on the ballot in individual states, but that is a state issue, not a federal issue.

“The action seeks an injunction preventing the senator from continuing his candidacy and a court order enjoining the DNC from nominating him next week, all on grounds that Sen. Obama is constitutionally ineligible to run for and hold the office of President of the United States. “
I thought you could run for office even if you are a Communist.

If his mom is an American, than born anywhere, he is an American.Apparently not completely true. FTA:
Should Sen. Obama truly have been born in Kenya, Berg writes, the laws on the books at the time of his birth hold that U.S. citizenship may only pass to a child born overseas to a U.S. citizen parent and non-citizen parent if the former was at least 19 years of age. Sen. Obama's mother was only 18 at the time.

Does this guy have any evidence of Kenyan birth other than internet conspiracy theories?
He doesn't seem to know what he's talking about. He talks about "naturalized" American citizenship, but those are the folks who are ineligible, not eligible. I can't tell if he's talking about duel citizenship or not, but if so there's nothing illegal about it. Taking the oath of citizenship requires renunciation of loyalty to any foreign state, but the takers are not required to surrender any foreign passport, which is why so people have what is popularly called "duel citizenship." But I've never seen any evidence Obama ever applied for an Indonesian or Kenyan passport.
I need to seem some actual evidence from this guy.

I think there are going to be some things happening at the Democratic National Convention that we haven’t seen in modern history.
Barack Obama has some huge baggage, and there has got to be some movers and shakers who realize that there is a chance, even as poor a candidate as McCain is, the Obama is going to crash and burn in a big way.
I’ll bet there are more than a few asking themselves “Oh my God. What have we done?”
McCain isn’t great, but Obama is a very, very flawed candidate.

Sadly, you are probably right. It will tie up his attention if it isn’t killed. And the more noise it makes, the more doubts will build in the voters. Actually, this is great that it is a Hil supporter before the convention. Saved the McCain team from bringing it up later.
Could you think the His is gearing up for a floor fight for real??
It’s getting to the point that a whole year’s crop would not be enough popcorn.

He's filed suit against Obama and the DNC. Wouldn't the credentials committee be covered under that? The court has no jurisdiction over the DNC's choice for a candidate. The DNC can pick anyone they want to run. Also the person suing hasn't been directly harmed in any way by Obama's candidacy, so he has no grounds to sue in federal court.
IMHO, this case will get thrown out.

To: LdSentinal
Pretty cool, good timing. With the poll numbers going down for Obama, the hard core ads about his “friends” coming out, Clinton getting a roll call vote at the convention and now a legitimate case being put forward in court as to his constitutional ineligibility to run for office. Id say the SD must be crapping their pants right about now.
