Here’s hoping we hear more about this tomorrow! If anything comes of this it will be blamed on Hillary since Berg is referred to as a Hillary supporter.

Looks like the lawsuit may have legs.
Someone asked "How has he--Berg--been harmed?"
Seems like he's suing to prevent harm to his Democrat Party--like a person whose child is going in for surgery, but the surgeon doesn't have the qualifications of a Medical Degree--and the Hospital Administration doesn't seem to give one damn about that fact.
Berg is trying to stop an operation--the nomination of Obama--before his baby, the Democrat Party, is seriously harmed.
For me personally I think we as a country should get back to the original definition of 'natural born' as explained by the guys who actually wrote the constitution. In the Naturalization Act of 1790 natural born was clarified as: "the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond Sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born Citizens". You can't get any clearer than that! The men who wrote our constitution also wrote this act and they made it crystal clear what they meant by natural born!!
Note that in this Act it specifically stated citizens. Plural - both parents. It goes on to as well specifically describe that natural born was not based on where a person was born, but to whom. You could be born 'beyond the sea' or 'out of the limits' of the U.S. so long as you were the child of 'citizenS'.
I realize this definition was later revoked etc. etc. 14th amendment and all that - but sheez - we wouldn't have all these problems with anchor babies and everything else if we would just return to what the founders intended!
In the meantime I personally, even IF the candidate would be conservative; would NEVER EVER vote for anyone who had a parent who was NOT a U.S. citizen......

The Philip (one L) C. Berg on Obama’s page is a lawyer in New York City. There’s a Phillip J. Berg who is a practicing attorney is Pa. This one was former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania and political activist. I believe they are two different people.

Not sure what that’s all about ... only know about going to Factcheck.org to read what they had to say .... so what’s with them being affiliated with Obama or the DNC???????
