Why is the Free World always afraid and waiting on the bad guy to strike the first blow?
I long for the day when an article reads,”Evil Dictators terrified that USA(Or Israel) will give Terrible Weapons to Free Countries who will kill the Rat Ba$ta&Ds if they move against their innocent citizens one inch”.

I don’t know, but it’s certainly disturbing. I’ll bet Israel is going to take no chances, though. If they see that Syria and Iran are building up forces to attack them, they will strike first.
