I didn’t catch that part on my read through. When did Africans become able to vote in America? Oh thats right sense obamaboy is running. The DNC probably helped regiter as many as possible and even paid for the postage to send the cards to Africa.

Yes, the DNC has mobilized Vote from Abroad.
