Not just fish, but dead fish, but not just dead fish, but dead fish that've been dead a long time, and not just rotten fish, but really, really, rotten fish ~ not that mild fishy taste you get with beluga or dolphin.
In season a slight aftertaste of lingon berry and reindeer moss!
Best served thinly sliced, minimum heat.

“I’ll have the Endangered Species Kabob and a Bigfoot steak grilled over Moon Rocks please. “
That is the funniest line yet, I have seen on these threads.
My hat is off to you!

Theyd probably taste heavily of a fish-like meat... I'm sure they would. I had several Alaskan hunters tell me that a brown bear that fed on a salmon stream was horrible, while the same species of bear farther inland with a diet of ground squirrels, berries and far fewer fish was good.

I had several Alaskan hunters tell me that a brown bear that fed on a salmon stream was horrible, ... G. Gordon Liddy tells a story of when he was stationed in Alaska and he was talked into eating a "whale steak" at a local restaurant. He said it looked like a normal delicious steak, and was so tender you could cut it with a fork, but it tasted like a pile of dead rotten fish!...........

AP which means this story is probably a fake to protect the environwackos forcing the bears on the endangered species list.
No pictures? No proof? just a reporter writing?
Are not these bears ENGINEERED for this?
