I was frankly surprised to see that Berg is a lawyer. He cannot possibly have been a litigator. The Complaint is such an abomination on so many levels, it is hard to believe a lawyer actually drafted it. In its present form, this case is going nowhere.

I consider my brother a reliable source on this. So, on the word of his friend, we have it that -- although the media have been ignoring the Lawsuit story in public, in private it was "all anyone is talking about" at the National Press Club in Washington, DC, last night.
AND that the media folks are worried that circumstances might force them to report on Philip Berg's Lawsuit.

This complaint is an embarrassment to the profession. This guy should be German for all the unnecessary capitalization of common nouns. The grammar is reprehensible, and the guy is going to get thrown out on the issue of standing.
Too bad someone learned and credible could not do this and find both jurisdiction, standing, and decent writing skills.
