You misunderstand the entire case. The question is not whether Obama is a citizen, but whether he fulfills the requirement of a “natural born citizen” ie born-on-American-soil. A citizen and a natural born citizen are two different things. I hope that cleared it up some, I know it’s a bit confusing.

I should have specified that I did mean I understand the argument as to why he’s not a citizen AT BIRTH (though I still maintain that that is what the Suprmee Court now says, thoguh some disagree). Doesn’t change the question I was really raising — of whether IF he was a citizen at birth, he can somehow lose that status by the actions of a bunch of adults adopting, yanking him around, whatever Flyspeckia says.
