The fun thing about an Obama-Biden ticket is that the McCain campaign can point to a new awkward comment by Joe Biden either on the importance of experience, in praise of McCain, or in support of invading Iraq that contradicts the stands and qualities of the Democratic nominee for every day from now until Election Day.
On McCain:
Biden, on a post-debate appearance on MSNBC, October 30, 2007:
The only guy on the other side whos qualified is John McCain.
Biden appearing on The Daily Show, August 2, 2005:
John McCain is a personal friend, a great friend, and I would be honored to run with or against John McCain, because I think the country would be better off, be well off no matter who...
On Meet the Press, November 27, 2005:
Ive been calling for more troops for over two years, along with John McCain and others subsequent to my saying that.
On Obama:
Reacting to an Obama speech on counterterrorism, August 1, 2007:
Look, the truth is the four major things he called for, well, hell thats what I called for, Biden said today on MSNBCs Hardball, echoing comments he made earlier in the day at an event promoting his book at the National Press Club. Biden added, Im glad hes talking about these things.
*snip*
Speaking to the New York Observer:
Biden was equally skeptical albeit in a slightly more backhanded way about Mr. Obama. I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy, he said. I mean, thats a storybook, man.

“RUSH: Last night, Greenville, Delaware. This is Joe Biden speaking to reporters outside his home.
BIDEN: I’m not the guy.
REPORTER: Do you know for sure?
RUSH: Joe Biden last night: “I’m not the guy.” Then a couple hours later he says he didn’t mean that.
BIDEN: I promise, I don’t know anything. I have no idea. I have spoken to no one.
REPORTER: Have you spoken with the campaign at all?
BIDEN: (crosstalk) I have not spoke —
REPORTER: You said, “It’s not me.”
BIDEN: I have not spoke with anyone. I have not spoke with anyone.
REPORTER: You’re not ruling out that you’re still being considered, then?
BIDEN: I have no idea. You guys know as well I do.
*snip*
RUSH: By the way, you Democrats and Drive-Byers, you want to know why he’s plummeting in the polls, you just look at this answer right here.
You know, abortion is one thing. Infanticide is quite another, and it is now widely known that Obama was all for infanticide. It’s the only way you can put it.
Anyway, that “is above my pay grade.” We did a Nexis search and we found that Biden uses this phrase all the time, and Obama has talked to Biden about being veep. So I’m wondering if Obama picked it up from Biden. But here is September 3rd, 2008 at a Foreign Relations Committee hearing.”

Limbaugh Wants Obama-Biden Ticket
Conservative talk radio titan Rush Limbaugh relished the prospect of an Obama-Biden Democratic presidential ticket on his broadcast Wednesday.
I really hope its Biden, Limbaugh told his listeners. You dont want to say that too loud, but I really do hope that its Joe Biden, because weve got mountains of archival audio on Joe Biden.
Plus, the arrogance factor times two, Rush added. Biden and the Messiah would just be delicious
Apologies to sleazy used car salesmen.
None taken ;) Yet, an Obama-Biden ticket would be a good thing for McCain.
He’s a walking gaffe-machine. This will be fun.
Osama bin laden
Obama biden
WINNER! LOL ..
ping!
This tape should be played OVER AND OVER during the RNC...
BIDEN-”Obama isn’t ready to be President and the job is not something that lends itself to on-the-job training.”
Obama biden
Yikes!
Has sort of a "ring" to it.
I mean when Joe bin Biden had his hair transplants put in , reputedly harvested from one of his lower extremeties, he underwent a disconnect between his oral function and the higher thinking areas of his cerebral cortex.
Result:
If its Biden, this is gonna be fun. Baroq Obama won't be able to keep Joe bin Biden from contradicting him. If Joe can't control his mouth, Obama sure can't do it for him.
And this ...

Sen. Joe Biden (D-DE)
Snippet:
The terrorist attacks of September 11 focused increased attention on international affairs; The New Republic’s Michael Crowley referred to Biden as “the Democratic Party’s de facto spokesman on the war against terrorism.”
*snip*
In October 2002 Biden supported the resolution on Iraq.
In a prescient op-ed co-written with Sen. Chuck Hagel that appeared in the April 6, 2003 Washington Post, Biden warned, “We need to make the peace in Iraq the world’s responsibility, not just our own.”
Several months later when questions were raised about whether the Administration had hyped the case for war, the Biden said in a statement,
“I still believe that Saddam possessed weapons of mass destruction and that the war in Iraq was justified.”
