A doctor making his rounds in an insane asylum stops by the bed of a patient named Joe Biden. “How are you today, Mr. Biden?” the doctor asks.
“Don't call me Biden, I'm Napoleon,” the patient responds. He then details his plans to invade Russia and plagiarizes a few quotes from the legendary French leader.
The doctor, deciding to challenge the patient a bit, asks him how he knows he's Napoleon.
“God told me!” Biden replies.
From the next bed, a patient named Obama shouts, “I did not!”
This should be a hilarious ticket, especially in defeat.
