Agreed. This line of attack will go nowhere, even if there was some truth to it. Obama Joe Biden will lose in a big way. McCain is the luckiest candidate to ever run.
The point of this action is not to get a judge to force O’Bama to produce a B.C. that probably can’t happen. The point is to produce doubts in voters’ heads and especially in delegates’ heads at the convention. Producing doubts in voters produces angst in delegates.
