There are a lot of people out there in the world and in our own country who say:
"Why should only the USA and other privileged countries have nuclear weapons? Any country that can make them should be allowed to have them. It is racist and condescending for us to mandate who and who cannot have them."
I usually counter that we aren't vocally threatening on a daily basis to annihilate some other country.
