In case you missed it with the Olympics going on, Russia invading Georgia, and the campaign for president in full swing, pop star Madonna started her much-awaited tour in Wales Saturday.
Amidst the requisite autoerotic writhing and gyrating, Madonna managed to bash John McCain -- actually equating him to Adolf Hitler and Robert Mugabe! -- while comparing Barack Obama to Mahatma Gandhi.
I kid you not.

As Madonna kicked off her international "Sticky and Sweet" tour Saturday night, she took a none-too subtle swipe at the presumptive Republican nominee for U.S. president.
Amid a four-act show at Cardiff's packed Millennium Stadium, a video interlude carried images of destruction, global warming, Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler, Zimbabwe's authoritarian President Robert Mugabe — and U.S. Senator John McCain. Another sequence, shown later, pictured slain Beatle John Lennon, followed by climate activist Al Gore, Mahatma Gandhi and finally McCain's Democratic rival Barack Obama.

It carried the usual Madonna fixtures: sequins, fishnets, and bondage-style outfits drawn from the 3,500 items of clothing reportedly whipped together by 36 designers specifically for the "Sticky and Sweet" tour. Promoters promised a "rock-driven danstastic journey" supported by a traveling crew of 250 — including a chiropractor, personal trainer and a masseuse. The show itself includes eight costume changes, 16 dancers, and $1.85 million worth of Swarovski crystals. [...]
However, others wondered at the singer's carbon footprint, questioning the amount of carbon dioxide pumped out by ferrying Madonna's wardrobe, makeup, and freezers (for ice to soothe the dancers' aching feet) across the world.
Hmmm. You mean Madonna is just another hippy-crite that doesn't practice the global warming "solutions" she preaches?

Exactly. Where is the sweetness of motherhood with those kinds of photos that your children will one day see? It’s amazing to me and makes me wonder why any woman would do this kind of thing. They are pitiful in my eyes...sad for their kids too. Especially the boys as you say. How nice for his friends to be leering at his mother but...to pose in that photo you described was her choice but how sad her son will have to know it is out there. Shame on her. Such shame on her.
I find it prudent, as I age, to reveal less and less flesh.
I wish someone would tell her...skin is NOT her friend!

And it’s sad really, when you consider she is named after her mother - a devout catholic, who is probably spinning in her grave watching her daughter’s antics.
Hitler murdered six million Jews. Comparing him to John McCain or President Bush diminishes the meaning of evil and opens the doors for revisionists like Achmadenajad.
Every time some leftwing Hollyweird high-school dropout degenerate like Madonna says something negative about the Republican candidate, 50,000 more Americans move over to the GOP column. So I say, keep flapping your lips, Madonna.

I bet you are right about her taking some sort of drugs to look like this. But it doesn’t seem to be helping her skin.....part of her arms look like saggy skin over hard muscle - it just looks weird. She went too far.
