Came across this awhile back. Don't know if it was already posted or not. Sounds excellent. Cant wait for law abiding citizens in DC (the few there are)to buy more guns and reduce crime.

The revolver Heller registered is a .22. He tried, but was unable to register a 1911 due to the city’s revised law defining most semi-autos as machineguns. For that, I understand a new legal action was filed.

Not so sure I’m ready to jump up and celebrate over a “registered” revolver. But many thanks to him for his efforts nationally.

Hope they challenge the requirement registration itself.

The only reason I can think of for registration is to ensure ease of confiscation.
