Air sample tests from Casey Anthony's car show a decomposing body was inside the trunk, a sheriff's office official just confirmed. Officials have offered Anthony a partial immunity deal if she admits 3-year-old Caylee Marie died as a result of an accident. Investigators with the Orange County Sheriff's Office are at defense attorney Jose Baez's Kissimmee law office. Anthony left Baez's office at 3 p.m., shortly after investigators arrived. Anthony, wearing sun glasses and a t-shirt depicting her missing daughter, said nothing as she got into the back of a van and drove away with a bounty hunter. Sgt. John Allen and the three men who were with him also said nothing to reporters when he walked into Anthony's attorney's office. Meanwhile, California bounty hunter Leonard Padilla said Anthony has made no effort to help him find Caylee, he told the Orlando Sentinel on Wednesday

When the 9/11 tapes were released where Casey’s mom made the statement to the operator that “it smells like there’s been a dead body in the trunk,” I theorized to my wife that Caylee died due to some form of neglect, such as being left in a hot car. I prayed I was wrong and the little girl was still alive, but with this breaking news I’m afraid I might have been right.
I can’t understand how these grandparents can even stand having this miserable girl in the house. If they suspect that she killed that precious child and they must how can they bear to have her around.
More likely an overdose of Xanax, aka Zany the nanny. What a convenient babysitter when no one else was around to be used.
I agree, she knew these tests would come back positive, she knew she'd get a deal, her lawyer told her so, this is not right. She needs to go to prison for the full term for MURDER.
That’s what I was thinking, too. To admit Caylee died in an accident is to admit that she did something wrong. I can’t see that happening.
OR I can possibly see her taking the deal, then in open court when she has to admit wrongdoing, blurting out that she didn’t do anything wrong and her lawyer and parents made her take the deal.
Yes..........
The results of the DNA tests have not been made public..............
Yeah, it was the dead squirrel! Take one dead squirrel, add a little old pizza and some laundry soap...voila! Dead body!!!
Something’s off with the whole Anthony family dynamic. It is not normal - and I have some suspicions . . .
Call it the ‘Christine’ Defense.
They certainly knew that their daughter was an irresponsible parent. When they hadn’t seen their grandaughter for awhile their suspicions should have been aroused. If I don’t seen my grandsons for a day or two I need my grandma fix.
You know we were all pissed that Nifong went off half-cocked on the alleged Duke rapes and now we are all upset that the local Florida DA is going too slow.
Just an observation.
I’m glad they’ve been going slow - they’re dealing with a pathological liar and her enabling family. LE needs to have all the “i”s dotted and the “t”s crossed with this bunch.
A young child missing for all this time is a bit different than the Duke situation.
don’t the grandparents still spout that the “kidnappers” are being “watched” ?....oh, but that was last week.....
Throw her a$$ back in jail until she talks, after charging her with transportation of a body, without proper notification to the authorities. That way, there is something concrete with which to charge her, and for which there is evidence. And don’t let her out this time.
whats' sad in this case are the grand parents.....protecting their dtr at the expense of a small innocent child....
if the GPs' had not been obstructing the investigation all this time, maybe the case could have been solved...
I don't think ANY jury would have difficulty sending this chick to jail for as many years as they can.
One of the articles indicated that the limited immunity was her words not being used against her. Perhaps that means they have more than enough to still get the DP without that, and it’s maybe only a matter of finding Caylee’s remains?
I'm sure He's been holding that little one for quite some time now, giving her the love she never could really have gotten from all the crazy people who were raising her.
