Police in Denver arrested an ABC News producer today as he and a camera crew were attempting to take pictures on a public sidewalk of Democratic Senators and VIP donors leaving a private meeting at the Brown Palace Hotel.
Police on the scene refused to tell ABC lawyers the charges against the producer, Asa Eslocker, who works with the ABC News investigative unit.
A cigar-smoking Denver police sergeant, accompanied by a team of five other officers, first put his hands on Eslocker's neck, then twisted the producers arm behind him to put on handcuffs.

Kudo's to ABC for exposing the corruption of the Democrats.
Video here.
“During the arrest, one of the officers can be heard saying to Eslocker, “You’re lucky I didn’t knock the f..k out of you.” “
hmmm does this qualify the cop as a goon???
Gee the police wouldn’t abuse their power would they???? We don’t have to worry about giving them better weapons, more power, less oversight.
This is pretty much what we can all learn to expect if the Pied Piper is elected. Speaking his middle name out loud will be a crime punishable by long prison terms.
I’m hoping that ABC lawyers just pile on the lawsuits.
I can’t believe he was pushing him into the middle of the street.
Do you have to have a permit to film on the public sidewalk if you are a news team?
Were they blocking the public right of way?
And then grabbing him by the neck??
It was ridiculous.
Sieg Heil! And welcome to the “New Direction” Amerika!
And so it begins. Get used to this fascist crap because the gloves are officially off as far as the Democratic Party is concerned. They’re not going to wait for the fairness doctrine. What are the charges? Making a Dem look bad? What a crime!
As much as I hate ABC I have to agree with your sentiment. Cops follow orders so we can expect much much more of this if dweeb gets elected. Heck FR will probably be shut down and all of us sent to re-eduction camps.
First rule of politics....don’t P*ss the media off! Tsk,tsk,tsk...this is not good for BO’s campaign! :D
Just wait for the cop apologists to get on this thread. It will be interesting to see what kind of twisted logic they use.
As far as I know the supreme court has limited protesting but not the media. Pushing the guy into traffic should be criminal as a start.
He was only following orders from the power elite.
There was a similar case in FL, some sort of missionary’s were on the sidewalk in front of a school.
School had them arrested, missionary’s sued, and won.
In this case it’s mission accomplished, there will be no pictures of donors.
That’s all that matters.
i wonder if soros was there.
The only leg they have to stand on is he did ask the reporter to move..and the guys says okay just wait a minute as he is on the phone and he starts getting shoved into the street.
So to start with the question would be did the cop have the right to ask him to move as in was he blocking traffic?
We all know what this was about and it was taking pictures of the big wigs and an expose and the police got called in so the pictures wouldn’t be taken.
I hope ABC still does the story.
Kudos to the investigative unit.
On the other hand, the editors in ABC's newsroom will probably testify against this report when the case goes to court.
report=reporter
It does qualify him for a high post in Hussein's National Police Force though.
From a comment at the link:
“I just called the pr girl at the Brown Palace Hotel. Great girl. Story is bogus. She said the camera guy was blocking the entrance. They nevere said thaty they owned the side walk, and the cops asked the nimrods 5 times to move. I hate liberals, but this story would make Dan Rather blush!
