If they are from Iraq or Afghanistan then they would qualify as refugees or asylum seekers.
If they are from the Balkans they wouldn't.
Hence these illegal Balkanites and Turks and Egyptians and what have you pretend that they are from active warzones in order to qualify for the lavish benefits given to asylum seekers.
