Why and how did McCain catch up?

The greatest consideration is Obama’s Hellenic hubris, which is different than simple arrogance. Hubris is a sort of fit, a haughtiness steeped in delusions of grandeur and divinity that takes over a weak individual, and soon encourages recklessness and overreaching (atê), all culminating in ruin and divine retribution (nemesis).

The jokes are flying about Obama in the temple. This could be his Temple of Doom. If he just becomes a caricature because of over-hyping and stage-managing events like this, he will be a joke and people won’t take him seriously. If millions of ordinary citizens don’t take a Democrat nominee seriously, how can that nominee hope to win the election?

The one thing that is “real” about Obama is that he will turn this country into a socialistic state, controlling all media and the incomes Americans make. I don’t think the average American sees this. If he is elected President, the United States is in big trouble. Obama would have no idea what to do if this country is attacked again. If we are attacked again, it will come from a major force and he will hesitate in his actions which could mean our distruction. This is my main fear.

Anyone with half a functioning cerebellum might have informed the Obama Camp that a man who is already widely suspected of being full of himself (if nothing else) ought not be presented to the American people on the most important night of his life as though he were Zeus descending from Olympus to grace the mere mortals with his presence.

Of equal importance, it’s costing $6 million to accede to his demand to speech from this venue instead of the convention center. If Obama is this casual about squandering the hard-earned donations of his alleged army of individual supporters, just imagine how he’ll behave with several trillion a year in tax dollars to play with.

I spoke with my Liberal 60's Anti-War Ex-Hippie yesterday, yes this former Detroit Social Worker is voting for McCain (Repub. 1st time ever).

He said don't worry, it is McCain. It's a done deal.

He said Obama's fate was sinched when he got the nomination weeks ago.

I told him about the Jewish Relatives in the Northern Chicago burbs 2 out of 4 and maybe 3 out of 4 at this time are voting McCain in Barry's backyard.

Folks, he can't close the deal. People do not trust him or his wife, that is the feedback I am getting from Jewish and Blue Collar Catholic (i.e. Reagan Democrat's) voters.

I am not going to sit back on my laurels, but this is what I hear. Interesting to say the least....

But the question is what happens if Barry dosen't win. Let put it this way, the former Social Worker is stocking up on water, food, and has a generator.....

Shall I go on? I've found 10 prophecies that Obama fulfills so far. Some of them are a bit of a stretch to fulfill, but it can be argued. Most of them he can't fulfill unless elected.
