You’d think with all the women in this country that have killed their children, Yates, Smith and others that our court system would hand out stiffer sentences or consider the death penalty, but instead our liberal judges and court system have decided to give these monsters an excuse to kill. (ò¿ó)

I don’t think sociopathy can be grounds for an insanity defense. But other mental disorders, like maybe psychosis for example, would be. I think Casey is simply a sociopath and that the insanity defense won’t be accepted.
