'Cause Bush and Johnny "the Mike Nifong of Texas" Sutton are close pals and Bush is covering for Sutton.

What exactly Bush is waiting for to pardon these two men is beyond me. I guess they were doing their job keeping illegal aliens from Mexico out of America too well for his liking.
