Did the Dems have a convention this week? I don't remember. I do remember some stadium fireworks but that might have been the Communist Chinese ending the Olympics.
Gov. Palin is a mom, her youngest has down syndrome and she never even considered abortion. She is a hockey mom. Her eldest enlisted in the army and deploys to Iraq on Sept.11th. That means she wants to WIN!
Oh, and what a great public speaker. She has all that McCain lacks.
She is an NRA member. She got up at 3 AM when she was young to go hunt moose with her father.
She NAILED the female vote with her acknowledgment of Geraldine Ferraro and Hillary Clinton. “They put 18 million cracks in the glass ceiling and now we are going to shatter it!”
It reminds me of the movie DAVE when Frank Langella invites all his political cronies over to see the president resign on TV and instead the president fingers him. Suddenly Frank is all alone in his living room holding his election sign.
