He could have done worse, I reckon.
I’m glad the early response from Evangelicals is good.
But I wonder how Palin will appear to the soccer moms and professional women out there?
Whether we like it or not, they’re a formidable voting bloc that can (unfortunately) be swayed by the Democrats promises of this and that.
My hope is that Palin makes gains with this group whether it be in West Des Moines IA, White Plains NY or San Bernardino CA.
I wasn’t going to go to the polls in November and hold my nose to vote for McCain, I was going to take vise grips there instead and vote against Odumbo.
I had been pulling for Palin to become the VP choice and knew it was a long shot at best.Today when I heard early news that she was the choice I could hardly contain myself.
When I heard McCains lead up at the Dayton speech and then Sarah herself I actually cried twice and choked up another time or two.
Thank you Jesus I said to myself. This woman has it going on.
I am now looking foward to marching into those polls 60 some days from now and proudly vote for McCain. He can make good choices and todays proves it.
Odumbo, you’re finished!
Hallelujah!
I believe she is not Catholic, she is obviously a a person of Deep Living Faith whom we can all support, what a bio. I teared up when McCain bent and kissed her baby. A real chance for Downs kids to be seen in a new light. I’m so doggone happy, still can’t believe he made this superlative choice.
Some observations I can make:
1. She’s very articulate and presents herself well.
2. She appeared polished and professional, however,
3. She’s not afraid to wear her glasses, not too vain in that area.
4. And, she’s not afraid to wear a dress.
She’s pentecostal, not catholic. But you’re right, she is a hottie.
It Dims are panicking it’s an excellent choice.
Palin works for this conservative Virginia Catholic! When I vote in November it won’t be for McCain, it will be for Sarah Palin.
I’m not an Evangelical, and I’m elated!
