I really don't care about our nation's top leader's workouts. In fact, those are usually a source of annoyance to me. I'm tired of seeing Bush on a bike, hated seeing Clinton jogging, and was annoyed by Jimmy Carter's aggressive management of the White House tennis court schedule, while he let America fall apart.
Most annoying to me we're all the ceaseless, braggadocious stories about Condi Clueless and her hard workout. Look at me, I workout. So what? She's a terrible Secretary of State. That's the fitness I care about.
Still, with this election, in which the press constantly contrasts John McCain's old age with Barack Obama's two-hour workout routing, I find Sarah Palin's workout to be awe-inducing. It shows tremendous discipline.
Compared to Sarah Palin, Barack is, well, a couch potato, though I think naming her kid, "Track", is a little absurd (what's next--"Treadmill"?):

She has Obama WAY OUTCLASSED and she is not running for President. And I think she will eat Biden for lunch in the VP debates as well -— this is going to be good. The liberal RATS have nothing to stand on but a huge mountain of LIES AND DISTORTIONS. McCain and Palin don’t have to lie to manage America from the White House. Such a blatant difference in the caliber of people involved....

On the "Draft Sarah Palin" web site, a poster from a couple of weeks ago in August posted a comment that, if correct, may prove to be a plus regarding what the writer called, "Palin's debating skills," as follows:
"Her debating skills were shown to be masterful when she took the pants of her two opponents in the Alaska Governor's Primary Debate, which has already been posted on the web. Moreover, Palin is skilled at media, having formerly been a TV journalist."
Hmmmm.....a TV journalist and a good debater, and one who can tell the story of her lovely family and their newest baby.
The life issue suddenly cannot be cast off as casually as the Denver spectacle tried to cast it last night, and the trite old phrase, "a woman's right to choose" to destroy the life and liberty of an unborn child can be properly articulated by a woman who has made her own "choice."

She sure will. I can just see Biden now, with pages of talking points he is trying to commit to memory. You see, I believe if you are full of BS and lies you have to rehearse over and over in order to not go off track. That's all RATS have been doing is talking points over and over. The more it is repeated, the more a sane person will realize it is pure BS.
For anyone (probably a woman) complaining about Sarah being a ‘pretty face’, can we just say:

Her time in the 2000 Healthy Valley 5K was 39:38. That is really slow. Maybe she was pregnant or something at the time.
I am over 1 1/2 times her age and she is twice as fit as me I am sure. I believe you need to reverse your statement.
