Well, he’d been drinking for days, really, and (I dont know what but by that time I doubt that it mattered : )) he’d met a local family in Northern MI (not even going to TRY to spell it but it’s very near Macinack) They were on the way to their home when he got them to stop the car and got out to punch this moose. Fortunately they were not drunk and were able to stop him approaching it. (That story isn’t as good as his one legged midget story) Thankfully he’s been sober for 10 years now : )
