**”The excitement was palpable among conservative leaders when they heard that Gov. Palin was Sen. McCain’s choice for vice president.**

I was so excited yesterday that I thought about it as I went about my other things. Kept a big smile on my face.

Time to donate to the RNC. Donations to McCain have to be used up by August 31st!

I was tired and was more so just content that my instincts were right about McCain. I was just happy that he didn’t follow the advice of all the self-styled political experts who were pushing him to pick an also ran or a Democrat. McCain has made a smart decision. Too often politicians disappoint us when they step back from leadership and embrace political indifference. Reagan like McCain who is doing an excellent job of following his lead is making a clear contrast against the absolute liberalism of Obama.

We will see Obama’s numbers begin to deflate over the next week. This time they won’t stop deflating. Maybe I’m too hopeful but now all is left is finishing the job that is the desconstruction of empty suit that is Barrack Obama.
