What exactly is a “anti-bus weapon”. I'm thinking RPG or 50 cal armor piercing incendiary rounds, but then again I'm not a raving moonbat and have no idea what they would com up with.

tire spikes called caltrops . just toss into the street & they will always land with one spike pointing up. great for trashing vehicle tires like on delegate buses or cop cars,ambulances,fire trucks.
