Assuming you use IE or Firefox, you can save yourself a hassle of bringing up the source HTML script for that page and copying it into your email...
You can 1) save page (using File menu -> Save As...) and then attach it to your email; or 2) send page by email outright (File Menu -> Send -> page By Email...).
Yes, I just decided to save the whole shebang in Word and am now emailing as an attachment to friends and family....giving you credit, of course! ;)
