TOLEDO, Ohio (CNN) – Joe Biden says there are obvious differences between himself and fellow vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, but they’re not just on policy. She’s good-looking.
“There’s a gigantic difference between John McCain and Barack Obama and between me and I suspect my vice presidential opponent,” Biden said at an outdoor rally Sunday, getting ready to hit the GOP ticket for their economic policies.
“She’s good-looking,” he quipped.
“You are gorgeous!” a female supporter in the audience shouted out. Biden asked her to repeat it into the microphone so his wife at home would hear.
“I haven’t heard that in a long, long, long time,” Biden said as the audience laughed. “Being around this lean young-looking guy is making me feel pretty old, you know what I mean? I thought I was in pretty good shape until I hung out with this guy.”

He is not 66 years old, but in fact 46, as seen in this new photo, released by the Obama campaign:
“It’s true,” Biden said. “I’m 45. Or 46. Whatever. I lied about being older when I first ran for Senate because back then I was only 15.” He added that he has kept up the white, thin hair look long enough. “And I wear glasses just like she does. I am more experienced at wearing glasses, however. And I’m also a woman.”

Could The Rat Party (formerly the traditional, patriotic Democratic Party) be heading for a Thomas Eagleton moment -- some have already asked this vis-a-vis the similarity between Obama's support for friends and McGovern's "I support him 1000%." Then it's under the bus for you, "buddy."
What I mean by a Thomas Eagleton moment is is there something with Biden like the aforementioned drinking that the American public needs to know?
