Although I’ve almost always disagreed with you, I have found that you will at least keep your argument civil, and have a good grasp of the facts when debating the issues. Not any more. Your comment suggesting that Sarah Palin may have been to blame for her child being born with Downs Syndrome is utterly despicable!! An extra chromosome is attached at birth, so there was nothing she, or anyone, could have done to prevent this! SHAME ON YOU!!! You owe the entire Palin family a public apology! And you owe a full apology and an explanation to the public! Your partisan attack was disgusting and hurtful, and only encouraged other, more extreme, left wing ideologues to spread this sickening and dishonest attack! Please do the honorable thing and apologize. And rebuke the other sick comments made by the left wing zealots at Daily KOS, Democratic Underground and elsewhere. If you truly believe that your candidate is deserving of the highest office in the land, then stand up an publicly admit that what you said was unprofessional, unkind and completely uncalled for. Too bad you are driven by jealousy and the same vitriol that was directed towards other candidates and their wives during the primaries. Heaven forbid you endure the praise of someone other than your fearless hero, Slick Willard.

I was surprised and disappointed that Hannity did not have the guts to say a single word to Colmes about this smear on H&C tonight. O’Rielly ducked it, too. The only person who even tangentially mentioned it was Juan Williams, as a guest on O’Reilly, and he didn't name Colmes.

I was flipping through the channels and caught Sean commenting on the KOS nasties.

He mentioned that the KoOkS were accusing Palin of faking her pregnancy, and attacking her daughter.

Alan was strangely silent. I, on the other hand, was cussing at the TV. Don't think Colmes heard me, but it made me feel better!
