The battle isn't over attempting to sway the 40% who will punch the Dem/Rep selection no matter who is on the ticket.
The fight is over the middle 20% who WILL be influenced by BHO's associations, including Ayers, Wright, et al.
True dat Semantic. I agree, but at some point we're going to lose this battle just by sheer numbers. They outnumber us significantly and pretty soon, no matter what we do, we won't have the ability to stop them. Therefore, we have to appeal to the 40% at some point too.
I am however very excited to see some vocal democrats coming over to the McCain side! Maybe these are the first rocks to fall in a McCain landslide in November!
