It seems that whenever the WH is held by the GOP, "change" is the magic word for the 'Rat campaign. I recall Clinton in '92 using that mantra as well.
"Change" always looks good to the leftist simpleton's mind, which can't comprehend change for the worse. So it is an effective buzzword when used on their targeted audience.
