In what has become an annual rite, the Assembly also passed a measure by Sen. Gil Cedillo (D-Los Angeles), SB 1301, to allow illegal immigrant students to receive financial aid at state universities.

I live in CA and I go to college so will they pay my way too?Oops silly me I work full time, I am legally a US citizen this is why CA budget is such a mess overspending Dems, funding illegals with healthcare, food stamps, and more give aways................and they wonder why businesses and the tax payers keep on moving out.

More dumb is the fact the budget was due in July and the DEMS (because they over run the Assembly) can’t cut anything the biggest joke is wanting to raise the sales tax for 3 years to help pay for all this crap we has every heard of a tax they take away NOT ME.
The blood suckers will not be happy until they get 75% of my paycheck and still want more to pay for all the illegals, lazy bums and their expense account. I am surrounded by morans.
