And that is why Ron Paul will never be President of the USA. It is amazing why someone would even want to be the leader of "a force for evil." I can tell you something about Ron Paul's congressional district too: If they knew that he believed this, he wouldn't be in congress either.
For crying out loud! He's worse that Michell Obama. At least she's proud of America now. If I lived just a little further south, I'd be voting Democrat for the first time in my life, at least for congressman.
Why is everything I’m saying taken out of context. I LOVE SARAH PALIN..I don’t get what’s going on here.
Who do you think would have been a better VP pick for McCain.
There are some of us who are very upset about this change. Most of the self-proclaimed “pro-Israel” people promote policies that are not beneficial for the United States or Israel.
Now that the GOP has the Veep nominee who took on BIG OIL and kicked their butt, will the GOP change their traditional position and join the democrats and go after BIG OIL?

Way to answer a question with a completely unrelated question. Who do you think would have been a better VP pick for McCain?
The GOP has, for many years, been a coalition of economic elitists(BIG OIL) and cultural populists.
Now, the cultural populists and economic elitists are opposed. Palin(populist) is going after BIG OIL(elitist)
I'll give you another question and I'll answer it.
Do you know how McCain vetted Palin? He called James Dobson.
Awww, is yousum bitter? ... Yousum not read list of McCain’s staff researchers. Such a shame yousum so ignorant when yousum can read.
Every other phrase they use is "she took on BIG OIL". They sound like Shumer.
And if McCain called Ben Ficklin to get his opinion of the best possible Republican to run with, who would Ben Ficklin recommend? I'm starting to get the impression that you're a contrarian and would not be happy with anybody.
And it wouldn't be someone who self-identifies as a Creationist.
And it wouldn't be anyone linked to Dominionism.
But then I was a republican before Nixon implemented his Southern Strategy to bring the populists into the GOP.
The voters have been so programmed by liberal media whoredom that ‘big oil’ is more comprehensible than ‘oil interests’ or ‘the oil industry’. Governor Palin took the previous governor’s sellout to ‘big oil’ and renegotiated to have a more favorable outcome for Allaskans. Yes, big oil. Let me illustrate for you: The democrap party has become ‘big deatheaters’ with their Obamessiah, champion of ‘baby killing via neglect’. See how phrasing can give a better punch to the facts?
So going after any business, regardless of how scummy their practices may have been is a deal-breaker for you? The Enron people should have walked?
And it wouldn't be someone who self-identifies as a Creationist.
So since every President has believed in God, none of them pass your standards? You sound like a bigot to me.
But then I was a republican before Nixon implemented his Southern Strategy to bring the populists into the GOP.
So other than being "pro-business", is there any other facet of mainstream conservatism you subscribe to? Size of government, 2nd Amendment, low taxes, pro-life issues, etc? It seems to me like you do not, which is why you are unable to name one single Republican you'd like to see as the running mate. I've also noticed in your posts from the past, you never have a single good thing to say about anybody, you just snipe.
The democrats in the legislature didn't like Murkowski's deal and Palin joined with democrats.
When you say Alaskans, don't you mean Alaskazuela?
Believing in God doesn't mean advocating a theocracy.
You have the smell of entrenched liberal troll.
Ummm, if you believe in God and don't believe He created us, who or what exactly did?
or believing in the literal infallibility of the Bible.
I think you're mixing up young earth creationism with regular creationism. Palin ain't a young-earther.
Believing in God doesn't mean advocating a theocracy.
As a libertarian, I agree with that. Palin doesn't want a theocracy either.
Why are you only picking bits and pieces of my posts to respond to? I'd still be very interested in where you're coming from and knowing one single Republican you like as well as one single conservative issue you support.
I hate to make those accusations against long-timers, but I find it very odd that this dude can't name a single Republican he likes. I'm an overly-cynical libertarian, and there are still plenty I appreciate.
I'll give you some advice. The GOP can't out-populism the democrats because the democrats have been the populist party for a long, long time.
Instead, the republican populists will vote for Heath Shuler, Jon Tester, Jim Webb, Clare McCaskill, and others, like Palin.
You also smell like a SarahBot.
