What’s Palin’s expereince in dealing with foreign countries?

As governor she crafted a formal agreement with Canada, I believe concerning oil.

I think you mean the trasncanada deal? That was with a Canadian oil company, not the Canadian government. We’re not all thrilled with it either because there were two Alaskan companies that had legitimate bids in, this could have meant more American jobs and more American control over our pipeline but now it is going through Canada and to a Canadian company instead. The Anchorage Daily News has a ton of articles about this from the last year, and a good search feature so you can get the background.

Love Palin but I don’t love transcanada.

You can hear John Bolton speak about Sarah Palin today. He is pretty convinced she’ll be just fine.
