Those numbers are correct. See:

Those numbers are the final Democratic votes for California primary according to the Secretary of State.
Yet, the delegation voted for Obama according to the article. On election day in CA, we kept hearing about “every vote counting”, even when there were problems with the ballots, running out of ballots, etc.
In actuality, it should read “every vote counts....until The Party says otherwise”
