I have to wonder how carefully the Obama team vetted Biden. I think in their desperation to have someone on the ticket with any kind of experience that perhaps their decision was made in haste and Biden was not properly vetted.
Biden has been in politics too long. What is worth more, his political career or his daughter? He should stay home and take care of his daughter. She needs him now more than ever. A girl needs her dad and Joe is very little help tripping around the country when his daughter needs him so desperately. :)

As much as I want to believe a candidate when he says ‘families are off-limits’ I have to almost wonder now if that statement was made because they knew the fire-storm their followers were going to create over Palin’s selection and knew Biden’s kids have some of their own screw-ups they were hoping to prevent from getting out.
