Gee.. I’m sure Americans would just LOVE to see charges filed against Bushies. Gimme a break. This is red meat for the KosNazis. But normal Americans will be repulsed by it.

Does anyone have an idea of what something along those lines would even cost? The cabinets, the research, trial...another example of wasteful spending and time. He’s out of his mind and looks like a thin skinned baby more and more everyday.

Democratic vice-presidential nominee Joe Biden said yesterday that he and running mate Barack Obama could pursue criminal charges against the Bush administration IF they are elected in November.

Gee, Joe are you trying to rile up your base or ours!! Yep unity is your mantra....not! Sounds like a definite desperate act on both you and your boy Obama...You think maybe your a bit jealous of how the pendulum is about to swing? Maybe you THOUGHT America is behind your trashing of our President but I think you are going to find out after the “trashing” Of Gov. Palin...we now understand even more the relentless trashing of our President. It won’t work to your advantage but thanks for the tip.

Let’s Roll Republicans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What kind of lame threat is this?

Do Biden and Obama think that it’s a crime to disagree with them?

They should remember that Bush enjoys a 76% approval rating among Republicans.

That would be an unprecedented breach of presidential protocol. If congress had anything they would have presented it by now.

I’d like to see the old rule come back that congressionals forfeit their day’s pay when they are absent. That would take care of them taking off for nearly two years to campaign.

Not that they do all that much when they’re there anyway, but it would save some few millions, probably.

And cut those recesses back to ten days at the most. They don’t need five weeks in the middle of the summer. The congressionals need to start acting like the taxpayers who put them in office and start serving for a change.

Sarah Palin is right — they need to serve with integrity and a servant’s heart; otherwise, go find another job where they can play pretend-kings/queens.

This has got to rank right up there on the list of dumbest political moves ever — might even outstrip the one at the top of the list on “we’re going to tax you for your own good”.

The Dems have been doing this for years now. Where is the "change"?

I guess people haven’t figured out yet that the Obama brand intends on destroying Conservatism... It will be labeled a criminal act simply because you have a differing view from them....

This is a great way to Unite the Country.... Obviously thats what people want because Obama is going to do it.......

Maybe Bush supporters could donate to 527s. I could hear it now:

“While Obama and Biden discuss indictments of Bush with bogus partizan charges— why not look under the hood of THEIR political machines?”

— Biden’s son [corruption scandal]
— Obama and Rezho
— Obama and Ayers

One-two-three knockout combination.
