Donald Fowler who was once Chairman of the DNC in South Carolina was recorded on a flight from Denver to Charlotte,NC making a remark to, John Spratt a Democrat Congressman from SC, that Hurricane Gustav was going to hit New Orleans about the time the Republican Convention started. That was a sign that God was on the side of the Democrats. Paraphrased.
