I arrived at the Texas EquuSearch command post at about 7:30 a.m. today. Tim Miller gave Investigation Discovery exclusive behind the scenes access and has promised to alert us of any important developments.
I have been assigned to a team of 12 searchers and we are now preparing to go into a high priority area with a K9 team.
As an FYI, a source close to the investigation has told me that ABC News 20/20 has offered the Anthony family one million dollars for an exclusive interview. The same source claims that AIM Productions from Nashville has also offered the family one million for book and movie rights.
I will continue to post updates throughout the day and will be on the scene at the Anthony home later tonight to cover a scheduled protest.

can it get any more disgusting?............... It's pretty damned disgusting as it is, but I offer you my analysis for why it's even more disgusting than the huge money offers reported here.
I'm pretty sure that the primary reason why this case has garnered so much media, is that Casey Anthony is a very attractive nutcase....
Her good looks help to feed the prurient interests of the 24-hour media, who are banking on the idea that a lot of folks will tune in because they find murder and insanity secondary to voyeuristic lust.
There's no way this story would be so popular if Casey Anthony was an ugly troll.
How's that for disgusting?
